This winter, OKUYUKI presents an exclusive private experience in the tranquil snowscapes of Niseko —a harmonious blend of nature and fine dining. Savor a luxurious dinner at a snow-crafted table, surrounded by serene winter beauty.

Snowtable
A completely bespoke dining table crafted from snow, appearing in the midst of a white winter landscape. Enjoy a refined shabu-shabu lunch in temperatures below zero — an unforgettable moment that feels like dining inside a work of natural art.
Base plan: daytime experience (lunch-focused, customizable upon request)
Includes snowmobile ride
Welcome champagne included: additional wine or champagne available upon request
